Richard Fitzgerald (Media Courses)
Richard hosted his first radio show and read his first TV news bulletin at the age of 19! Since then he has been able to combine media training roles with a successful and diverse media career. Richard is one of the few media trainers who has actually worked in the media this century and is in the rare position of having success in four fundamental aspects of the media-
1. Twenty years in the Australian media working on award winning stories for Radio/Television/Print; Reporting from every continent.
2. A successful interviewee, facing the national/international media. He knows first hand what it's like to be 'in the hot-seat' and uses that experience to better prepare the interviewees of the future.
3. Many PR campaigns, writing speeches, media releases and preparing whole campaigns.
4. Media training for 12 years and has trained Cabinet Ministers, CEO's, company spokespeople from such industries as Banking, Finance, Utilities, Resources, Local Government, Government Authorities, eCommerce, Science/Research, Medical, Charities, Sports and Entertainment Personalities. Richard was course presenter for 'On Camera Presentation' at Swinburne University for 7 years.

Rus owns and runs the highly successful company Media Equation Pty Ltd, (www.me.com.au) where Media Assist has been developed. Media Equation specialises in website design and management. It has also developed specific software packages for client needs as well as producing annual reports for major companies. During the last 10 years Rus and his team have won numerous design awards and have recently signed image gallery contracts with 3 separate state governments.
