Newsmakers are part of the media machine.

But, the media can be an effective part of your business machinery.

With knowledge, skills and practice , the cogs keep turning and turning and...

Duration: 3/4 - Full day (depending on group size)

Summary:
A combination of News and Question-and-Answer courses delivered in one session.

Handling news is a completely different matter to handling the more conventional question-and-answer type interview. The skills, and 'rules of engagement', required for one may, in fact, be completely opposite to those required for the other.

It often happens that a newsmaker has has a great conversation with an interviewing journalist. Whilst this might have made for good listening on a live radio show, moulding it into a news report will require editing and may result in your message suffering or being dropped completely - yet you thought you had an intelligent interaction and got your point across!

Our courses highlight the differences and provide skills to confidently handle both.
